The Nutcracker Presents: Another Twisted Classic
December 1st-4th, 7th-11th
Tube Factory artspace
Since 2010, Wolfgang Drosselmeyer and his band of misfits have delightfully terrorized Indianapolis with their own twisted rendition of the The Nutcracker. This year, however, Drosselmeyer demands to break the mold and re-tell a different holiday classic. The merry crew has escaped from the Land of Sweets and will again descend upon Indy to capture the imaginations of any willing guests. With elements of vaudeville, circus, magic, and puppetry, NoExit Performance invites Indianapolis to take a twisted journey to the tune of another holiday classic. Whether you've payed him a visit before or plan to take your first trip this year, Wolfgang insists you join him on his new delirious adventure. Recommended for ages 16 and up. Sponsored in part by Big Car.
*Rehearsals begin late October*
