Responsibilities of the Program Assistant
- Primary responsibility is to support research courses T630 and T631, development of new graduate research manuals, attend course meetings, support student research needs, grade and evaluate student work- 70%
- Support faculty course needs (assist with library searches, research related activities, and course related materials)- 15%
- Support recruitment efforts and graduate interview process-5% of time
- Support grant writing opportunities- 5%
- Collaborate with external organizations on special projects (e.g., FIX exhibit)-5%
Shift Available (Part-Time, 10-29 hours per week) $20-$25/hour
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Art Therapy from an accredited school.
- Some experience working within the Art Therapy field.
- Experience in office systems with specific skills in MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
- Successful candidate will have experience directly related to position responsibilities.
