CALL TO ARTISTS
Arts in the Parks, Partnerships for Lawrence
Partnerships for Lawrence is looking for entries of hand-made Faerie Gardens to be on Exhibit at the Fort Harrison State Park in July 2016. This is part of a state-wide celebration of the bicentennial of Indiana, Arts in the Parks. Funding for all Arts in the Parks programs and projects has been made possible by the Indiana Arts Commission.
This art exhibition is open to the public. All entries are eligble to be on display if they fit within the parameters listed below and the artist has registered with Partnerships for Lawrence. Faerie gardens are judged by the following categories: Creativity, Artistic Quality, Craftsmanship, and the use of Indiana native materials. Two competitions, one for adults and one for youth, will result in ribbons for each category and one for best of show. Faerie Gardens will remain on display along the Harrison Trace Trail in hopes our native Indiana faeries find shelter.
