Scholarship for Minority Artist Residency Leaders to Attend Annual Artist Community Conference

The Strokosch Fellowship will be awarded to three emerging ALAANA (African, Latino/a, Asian, Arab, or Native American) artist residency leaders to support their participation in the Alliance of Artist Communities’ annual conference. Fellows will receive a $1,000 scholarship to be used toward travel, lodging expenses, and professional development opportunities at the conference.

To apply: Emerging ALAANA leaders from the United States who have worked within the residency field, or associated roles, for 1- 5 years are encouraged to apply. Upload a current resume (PDF only) and complete the application – including a brief statement describing your background, professional interest in attending the conference, and the impact you hope it will have on your career in the arts. Applications are due July 15, 2016. Fellows will be announced in late July. Click here to apply.
