Didn’t See That Coming is an evening of short plays by Mark Harvey Levine! You’ll encounter superheroes, friends, lovers, and more in Levine’s short stories — all of which pull at your heart strings and make you laugh.

Auditions: Mark your calendars for March 4-5 to audition for Didn’t See That Coming and sign up for a slot below! Performances will be May 4-14 at Fonseca Theatre!

6 actors will be cast: 3 male presenting and 3 female presenting. Actors from traditionally underrepresented groups are encouraged to audition. Some roles include kissing, and intimacy direction will be provided for those parts in rehearsals. There will also be zombies, fyi.

The zombies do not kiss.

Auditions will include reading from sides from the show. Please bring a headshot and resume to the audition.

Most likely Indianapolis’ most produced playwright, Mark Harvey Levine has had over 2000 productions of his plays world wide! Funny, heart-warming, and clever, this evening of short plays has something for every actor!

Rehearsals start in March and will be at Refinery 46. Performances will be May 4-14 at Fonseca Theatre. Directed by Anthony Nathan.

Covid requirements: Fonseca Theatre requires proof of vaccination for Covid from all participants in the production. Please provide proof of vaccination status at the audition.
