Stevens Point Sculpture Park Seeks Artwork for Display

The Stevens Point Sculpture Park, located in central Wisconsin, is accepting submissions of sculpture work for their annual, three-year outdoor sculpture exhibition. A local jury will choose pieces for display from August 2019 through August 2022.

Compensation:  $1500 stipend for a three-year loan

Exhibition Calendar

• May 24, 2019 - Submissions Due
• June 14, 2019 - Notification of works selected (by email/phone with follow-up contract)
• July 1, 2019 - Contracts Due
• August 1 - August 31, 2019 - Sculpture Installation
• September 21, 2019 - Celebration at the Park (Opening Reception)
• August 2022 - Artists Pick-up Work

Project Information

A wide variety of work will be considered, including: site specific work, ephemeral and/or permanent work, work in a variety of scales, art with a performance component, proposed not yet built projects etc. Materials and scale must be appropriate for an outdoor environmental location.

Sculpture submissions must be self supporting; foundations or bases are not provided.

Delivery, installation, and return of work are the artist’s responsibility.

2. Email images and support documents to pointsculpturepark@hotmail.com by 3:00 p.m. on May 24, 2019. Please put your name in the subject line.  Images may not exceed 10MB total in one email; if needed, send multiple emails.
