Volunteer for the Raymond James Stutz Artists Open House

Please join the Stutz as a volunteer for the 24th annual Raymond James Stutz Artists Open House. During this unique 2-day event, visitors have the chance to see work by more than 60 local artists in the studios where they create their art. This year’s event is Friday, April 28 (5:30-10:30 pm) and Saturday, April 29 (2-7 pm).

Volunteers are needed during the week leading up to the Open House for set up and during the event itself when most volunteers will be stationed throughout this former car factory to welcome guests, direct them to artists’ studios and answer questions.

They are also looking for volunteers for Blitz Day on Sat., April 1 at 2 pm to work alongside Stutz artists to “blitz the town” with posters and post cards promoting the Open House.

As a volunteer, you will receive free admission to the event before or after your shift and a free Stutz t-shirt with this year’s fabulous design.

Volunteers are asked to attend one of two orientation sessions to become familiar with the event and the building. Orientation sessions take place in the Stutz Gallery on the first floor onTues., April 18 at 5:45 pm and Sat., April 22 at 11 am. If you volunteer for set up or tear down, you do not need to attend orientation.
