Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the Purchaser: If the Purchaser cancels this Agreement, 1 week prior to the event for whatever reason, the musicians will be paid the final payment of $550.00 for 1 performance or $1100.00 for 2 performances.

Cancellation by the Musicians:  If, for reasons beyond the control of the Musicians, the Musicians must cancel this Agreement, the Musicians will make every effort to locate substitute performers.  If the Musicians are unable to provide substitute performers under terms acceptable to the Purchaser, the musicians will not be paid the final payment of $550.00 for 1 performance or $1100.00 for 2 performances.
