As part of the Library’s Adult Summer Reading Program, adults are invited to explore the lead-up and aftermath of D.C. Comic’s release of the very first comic book in June, 1938, and how WWII helped shape the comic book hero. This program will be presented by Herron School of Art and Design Professor Mark Cameron Harper.
