Songwriter, recording artist, performer, educator, and activist Carrie Newcomer comes to Second on Thursday, May 11, presenting a concert with pianist Gary Walters and Second’s own Sanctuary Choir under the direction of Dr. Michelle Louer. Newcomer has 19 nationally-released albums and three books of poetry and essays.
