Join Greg Hull, Herron’s interim dean and a professor of sculpture, for an artist’s talk in conjunction with the Biennial Faculty Exhibition, which is on display in the Herron Galleries this summer.
Hull will demonstrate a new image-generating technology that he and his collaborators, art therapist Juliet King and neurologist Dr. Robert Pascuzzi, developed as part of a clinical study to improve the quality of life of patients and families affected by A.L.S., also known as Lou Gehrig’s disease, a progressive nervous system disease that affects nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord, causing loss of muscle control.
