Beginning Modern Technique

If you need a slower-paced class, have never taken any modern dance (or any dance) before, or if you want to brush up on your technique before taking our Intermediate/Advanced Class – this class is for you! This class will be based on various modern dance techniques and help anyone find more coordination, body awareness, and strength. Taught by Motus Core Artist Katelin Ryan and guest artists Sara Yanney-Chantanasombut.
