Don’t miss the beloved holiday tradition of Central Indiana’s longest-standing free public event: Circle of Lights presented by the Contractors of Quality Connection and Electrical Workers of IBEW 481. On Nov. 29 from 6 – 8 p.m. over 4,000 colored lights will illuminate the Indiana Soldiers and Sailors Monument on Monument Circle. Bring the whole family and experience a night of live entertainment, holiday cheer and fireworks!
