Artist Joe Krutulis will demonstrate how he turns wood he collects on daily walks near his Martinsville home into stunning pendants, one-of-a-kind earrings and mesmerizing mobiles.

Artist Joe Krutulis calls his creative process “fixing nature’s flaws.” The retired engineer sees hidden beauty in wood he collects on daily walks near his Martinsville home. He shapes pieces into graceful hearts, circles and other designs, and then fills cracks and crevices with crushed turquoise, azurite and other minerals to turn cast-offs into stunning wood pendants, one-of-a-kind earrings and mesmerizing mobiles.
