"Form + Color" by Katrina J. Murray and Melissa Parrott Quimby at Saks Fifth Avenue

Form + Color features Murray’s paintings and ceramic sculptures which are extensions of her collage works on paper.  She assembles biomorphic forms to create larger works all while discovering endless, beautiful combinations.

Quimby’s contemporary art emphasizes the movement of shape and color in her abstract collages, paintings and drawings.  Through a selective process of integrating bold, vivid hues she creates dynamic imagery that commands a rhythm of space.
