Disabled people are the largest minority group in the US, with anywhere from a fifth to a quarter of adults having one or more disabilities. You can’t tell from looking at the stage, though:
Disabled actors and technicians are underrepresented and systemically shut out of every step of the theatre process, from producing new work to the notoriously fatiguing twelve-hour tech rehearsals.

There are so many disabilities, and this workshop looks really good. I would like to know what Ms. Cafiero’s disability is, and how it affects her in her theatre work. What type of physician diagnosed her disability?
