\”Lasting Impressions\”

Anna Afshar\’s art is representational, yet impressionistic. The abstract elements in the subjects is what inspired this body of work. Whether its the colors of the sunset or of the blooming flower, the bounce of light on water, the magnificence of the city\’s skyline, the beauty of human faces and intricacies of its form: all are intriguing shapes, startling contrasts and beautiful lines that capture the heart and imagination of the viewer. Anna paints how she feels and hope to pass this feeling to the viewer, leaving lasting impressions.

This is part of the Stutz Artists Group Exhibition featuring nine amazing Stutz Artists on display at Gallery Forty-Two July 8-Aug 19, 2022.
