Since forming in 1980s New York City, this gorilla-costumed feminist performance and publishing collective has employed facts and humor to expose discrimination in art, media and popular culture. On this 30th anniversary tour, original members “Frida Kahlo” and “Kathe Kollwitz” are retracing their legacy and inspiring new generations of activists with an edgy, humorous multimedia presentation. NOTE: This performance may contain mature themes inappropriate for young audiences.
