Hendricks Symphony Presents HS Brass Quintet

The Hendricks Symphony Orchestra Brass Quintet will present a free concert at Bartlett Chapel United Methodist Church (4396 E. Main Street, Avon.) The brass quintet includes Joyce Del Vecchio, French horn, Larry Herris, Trumpet I, Clay Biela, Trumpet II, Matthew Wargel, trombone and Zachary Schlangen, Tuba. The concert will feature soprano Julie Query who will perform Handel’s “I Know that My Redeemer Livith,” Gounod’s “Je Veux Vivre” accompanied by pianist Matt Mason and “Something Wonderful” from The King and I, also accompanied by Matt Mason. Other selections include music by Bach, Sousa, Scott Joplin and more. Enjoy an afternoon of beautiful music.
