"Icons and Irony"
A select group of artists have achieved international recognition based on a unique image, theme, or technique. For Andy Warhol, this may have been Marilyn Monroe; for Pablo Picasso, the cubist movement; for Roy Lichtenstein, his use of Benday dots.
