IDADA First Friday - Allen Bannister and Kyle Herrington

IDADA First Friday at the Vonnegut Library. August 2. 6:00 pm – Local artists Allen Bannister and Kyle Herrington will hold a two-person show at the Kurt Vonnegut Memorial Library. Bannister, who is influenced by Kandinsky, Miro, and Klee, will display some his smaller abstract paintings done in pen and ink with added watercolor. Herrington, a former artist-in-residence at the Indiana State Museum, will display some of his mixed media works, including pieces made with string and soup cans. Also, Jeff Bowen will provide live music.
