“Illumination: Sculpture by James O. Clark,” an in-depth look at the artist’s metamodernist work, will be on view in Herron School of Art and Design’s Berkshire, Reese and Paul Galleries and Basile Gallery.
For over thirty years, James O. Clark has been inspired by the properties of light and the production of experimental sculptures that employ it as a medium. The 23 works on display in this exhibition were created between 1993 and 2000 and purposefully reflect the range and scope of Clark’s sculptural light-based investigations.
