Intro to Modern Dance with Randy Talley

Randy’s class will introduce movers, even absolute beginners, to Modern and Post-Modern dance techniques like Doris Humphrey’s Fall and Recovery as well as Release Technique. Expect a physical class with great exercise that Randy will tailor to the level of experience of the movers in the room. You will be challenged, but never overwhelmed, because dance above all should be FUN! Wear clothing you feel comfortable moving in.
