The Center’s daytime speaker series, Luminaries, meets at 2 p.m. on the fourth Tuesday of every other month for presentations about the Center’s programming and the performing arts in general.
The term Gesamtkunstwerk, popularized by German opera composer Richard Wagner, translates to “total work of art” and refers to the thrilling synergy created by the coming together of design, performance and a live audience.
