Meet the Artists XXXI Gala Opening Reception

The entire community is invited to celebrate African American art and enjoy an evening of cultural entertainment that includes performances of music, dance and the spoken word, along with an always-popular fashion show and special activities for kids. Meet the African American artists whose works are on display at Central Library through March 30. This event will feature a tribute to Judge Tanya Walton Pratt, who is one of several iconic Hoosiers highlighted in the Center for Black Literature & Culture at Central Library. “Meet the Artists XXXI” is presented by The Indianapolis Public Library’s African American History Committee in support of the Center for Black Literature & Culture at Central Library.
