October First Friday: St. Vincent Hospital Art Therapy Program

Please join us Friday, Oct 4 from 6 pm to 9 pm to celebrate the many works of those who have and/or continue to battle the beast that is known as Cancer. These works are created in the studio provided by the St. Vincent Hospital  Survivorship Art Therapy program. The benefits of the St. Vincent Art therapy program are many. The studio provides a creative, fun and relaxing environment for any adult with cancer and caregivers to create. It is led by creative, artistic, compassionate associates who focus on the individual needs of each cancer survivor with the goal to give survivors a place to find a balance for the needs of mind, body and spirit. And it also gifts us with amazing works of art from those who are fighting the fight. It is this that we are experiencing and celebrating at our October First Friday. Can’t make it on Friday? This show will be up until Oct. 30 so please stop by during gallery hours or email us to set an appointment to come by and see these incredible works of art.
