The purpose of this workshop is to instruct you on how to take a short story of your own OR a short story you like that was written by someone else and adapt it into a play.

Sometimes we get stuck into a writing rut believing a story can only be told in one way or other times we get fearful that we are only talented enough to write in the same genre we’ve always written in. But one thing we need to learn as writers is that once we become good storytellers, there is no genre that should intimidate us.
