Parent's Day Glassblowing Paperweight Sampler $45

This Paperweight Sampler is a wonderful experience that everyone should experience. This is a hands on class will have you creating a colored paperweight by gathering glass out of a furnace at 2100 degrees. You will get to choose your colors and after they have cooled will be able to come back to get your pieces. Only 45 per person.

The process will be explained in depth with two demos that will take about 25 minutes, after that we will have students go 2 at a time until everyone is finished. We will assist the students in understand the properties of the medium and after the class everyone will have a new respect and understanding of this liquid medium. For anyone above the age of 10. Great for date night or a family night. You are welcome to leave after you are finished. If it fills it could take up 3 hours.

Private Lessons: We suggest setting up a Private Lesson instead this Sampler Class for your first experience. You would create 4 to 7 things instead of just one and it is not as intimidating as a full Sampler. Private Lessons are 60 an hour for one person or 50 per person per hour and we do 2 hour lessons. The advantage of the private lesson is that is not as intimidating as a Sampler class with so many people around.

You can contact Matt Kenyon to create your own Sampler creating these: Ornaments, paperweights, apples, or pumpkins are 50 per person if you have 6 or less. 7 to 15 people would be 45 per person. Flower class is 35 per person.
