Presenting Irvington Artists 2019

Irvington has a history of encouraging creativity! From its founding in 1870, artists have been a part of Irvington as its curving shady streets. Over 50 contemporary local artists will be featured at this show/ sale held at the Bona Thompson.

Irvington has had a history of encouraging creativity since its founding in 1870.  It is as much a part of Irvington as its curving shady streets. The exhibit title harkens back to early 20th century art sales held in Carr Hall, which offered works by Irvington artists such as Wm. Forsyth, Hilah and Clifton Wheeler and Dorothy Morlan. Presenting Irvington Artists 2019 will promotion the talent of  50 contemporary Irvington’s artists.

An Opening Reception on Saturday Oct 5th from 1-4.  Talk with the artists and purchase their art.  We have timed it so that you can also have dinner and join the first Irvington Ghost Tour.

On the evening of Oct 20th there will be an evening event to celebrate our artists with the 2019 People’s Choice Award, as well as this year’s Irvington Founders Award Winners.
