Rescue Party

Think lakeside summers, games and canoes, rustic cabins, Dirty Dancing…this year’s Rescue Party theme allows you to dress festive casual, eat gourmet comfort food—and dance! Make plans to join us on April 30 for Rescue Party, the annual fundraiser for our Endangered Places programs. 

Wine, Sun King beer, and soft drinks are included in the ticket price, and we’ll have cash bars for cocktails. Heavy hors d’oeuvres start the evening and late-night buffets come later, with scrumptious dessert and coffee bars, when Tim Brickley’s big band, The List, swings into action. 

A fast-paced auction offers a handful of one-of-a-kind experiences, and we’ll announce the 10 Most Endangered and the winner of the Cook Cup for Outstanding Restoration. 

Rescue Party raises money for our Endangered Places programs—grants and loans, advocacy and strategy, and 10 Most Endangered—that help save communally-cherished historic structures, preserve heritage and revitalize Hoosier communities.
