Robbing the Bank

The Art Bank is happy to have a community yoga class on Sundays, lead by Darcy Townes. Darcy is RYT-200 certified, with experience in Vinyasa style and Anusara based yoga. Join her for a gentle, all level class from 11:00-12:15 on Sunday mornings. Awaken your body and mind with gentle movement and breath awareness. Darcy will guide you through poses to help lengthen your muscles, open your heart, and detoxify your body. Since this is an all level class, no experience is necessary. Just bring your beautiful self, a mat, water, and the motivation to move towards harmony. It is also suggested that you bring something that can be used as a strap to aid in stretching.
