UIndy’s annual collaboration with the Ronen Chamber Ensemble continues with a Haydn violin/cello duo and a program heavy on 20th-century woodwind music.
George Rochberg’s Trio for clarinet, horn, and piano and Emile Naoumoff’s “Echo” Trio for oboe, bassoon, and piano are balanced by Leoš Janáček’s wind sextet “Mládí” (Youth), a work inspired in part by the composer’s childhood at St. Thomas’s Abbey in Brno, Czech Republic.
