The University of Indianapolis continues it’s partnership with the Ronen Chamber Ensemble in a program endowed with dance.
Local choreographer and dancer Angela Agresti presents a new story exploring a woman’s developing sense of self to the music of Frank Felice’s first violin sonata, “A Liturgy of the Hours.” Schumann’s Frauenliebe undleben, performed by Mitzi Westra, offers another telling of this paradigm. The dance continues with the original 13-player version of Aaron Copeland’s “Appalachian Spring” led by returning UIndy favorite Vu Nguyen.
