Sarah Hobbs Artist Talk

Sarah Hobbs images are about the psychological space created by the compulsions and neurotic tendencies of human behavior. Her photographs of carefully constructed tableaus portray human behaviors such as perfectionism and social phobias.

Sarah Hobbs will be in Indianapolis to discuss her body or work “Psychological Traces,” currently at the CityWay Gallery curated by iMOCA.

Hobbs lives and works in Atlanta, GA; her work is in collections of the Art Institute of Chicago, Columbus (GA) Museum of Art, Los Angeles County Museum of Art, the High Museum of Art (Atlanta) and the Museum of Contemporary Photography, Chicago.
