This program will explore the intriguing intersection between music and the realms of math and science. Concepts such as the Fibonacci sequence (as seen through the prism of Bartok’s music) and Kepler’s laws of planetary motion (illustrated by music from Holst’s The Planets) will be vividly brought to life with musical performances accompanied by commentary from Gregory Martin.
