Learn the basics of bellydance while strengthening, sculpting and shaping the core area.
Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday from 7 to 8:30pm beginning September 17, 18 & 19
This short 10-week session will focus on strengthening the glutes, thighs, abs and stomach to sculpt and shape the core area for fabulous shimmies. We will also learn basic concepts, movements, combinations and layers. This particular sequence of classes is designed to help build strength and endurance while learning a beautiful and ancient art form. A perfect prepper for the holidays!

ADMISSION INFO
$100 for all 10 weeks by August 21st, 2018
$130 for all 10 weeks from August 22nd to the first week of classes
**All first time students MUST pay an initial $20 trial fee prior to purchasing any package. If you choose to stay on with the classes your $20 is subtracted as a discount from whichever package you select. IF you register prior to August 21st, you will still receive the Early Bird price of $100. Therefore if you choose to stay dancing with us, you will only owe $80 more.
