- The fully-titled novel, The Ingenious Gentleman Don Quixote of La Mancha, regularly appears high on lists of the greatest works of fiction ever published and is widely regarded as one of the most significant literary works of the Spanish Golden Age.
- Described as “a virtuoso of staggering prowess” by The Plain Dealer, recital and concerto soloist Mark Kosower has served as principal cello of The Cleveland Orchestra since 2010.
- The ISO is proud to share the Hilbert Circle Theatre stage with Music for All’s Honor Orchestra of America for this concert weekend. The Honor Orchestra of America will perform before the concert at 7 p.m., March 11, and after the concert at 8 p.m., March 12. Repertoire will include Verdi’s Nabucco Overture, Von Weber’s Oberon Overture, and Mahler’s Symphony No. 1, Mvmt. 4.
