As part of the Library’s Summer Garden Series, individuals of all ages and familes are invited to a FREE workshop on plein air painting. This program will be outdoors in the East Garden. One of Indianapolis’ finest painters, Rita Spalding will conduct this FREE two-hour introduction to plein-air painting from 2pm-4pm at the Central Library in the garden area.
