The Art of Ascension - Meditation Workshop

The Ishayas bring forth an ancient and timeless practice called the Art of Ascension. Learn this simple and effective series of techniques based on appreciation, gratitude and love. It re-establishes our connection with the Source every time when we apply the techniques, and also releases stress in the nervous system, sparks creativity, and expands the mind beyond limiting beliefs and judgments. Workshop hours: Friday 7pm-10pm, Saturday and Sunday 10am-5pm. Registration is required by May 22. Cost includes the entire weekend workshop and unlimited future participation of the same weekend course offered anywhere in the world.
