The Convent by Jessica Dickey, a staged reading

At an old convent in southern France, a new group of women arrive, ready to live like mystic nuns in the Middle Ages. Though no one finds what they expect on this spiritual retreat, each finds something they may have always needed.

Presented August 13-15 at 7pm at the Outback Stage at the District Theatre by Summit Performance Indianapolis. A professionally rehearsed and produced staged reading, The Convent by Jessica Dickey features a phenomenal local cast: Suzanne Fleenor, Shawnté P. Gaston, Andrea Heiden, Jen Johansen, Jolene Moffatt, Stephenie Park, and Maria Argentina Souza. Directed by Kelsey Leigh Miller. The Saturday, August 14th performance will be signed by ASL interpreters.
