"THINKING ON YOUR FEET" Improvisational Writers Workshop

REN’S Jazz for the Health of It program presents it’s 2017 ART IN THE PARK Project, “THINKING ON YOUR FEET” – an improvisational jazz artistic workshop designed to use the natural landscape of Fort Harrison State Park as a muse for creative fluency through the fusion of three creative influences: milieu, music, and movement.

The workshop will highlight the importance of improvisation in creating a flow state of creativity that will spark imagination, innovation and or creativity – Thinking on Your Feet.

Participants to use their imagination to compose an innovative written composition. This event will feature jazz and dance artists performing in an improvisation format designed to inspire prospective and seasoned writers to compose original written compositions based on individual interpretation.
