Separated Geography from a Poem, on view through Dec. 8 in the Berkshire, Reese and Paul Galleries, is the second exhibition in a new biennial international exhibition and artist-in-residence series. Inspired by the Mongolian historical epic Khan Kharangui (King Darkness), Tuguldur Yondonjamts investigates boundless travel, imaginations of space and distance, and various forms of communication through interdisciplinary research in archeology, material studies, and art.

The exhibition series is organized by Uranchimeg Tsultem, Edgar and Dorothy Fehnel Chair in International Studies, and is made possible through the generous support of Ed Fehnel.
