Virtual Indy Story Slam

A fun night for storytellers of every skill level, designed as an after-work event to relax and unwind. This month, the theme is Pets, Critters & Wildhlife Encounters. If you want to tell a story, please send Ellen Munds an email at Ellen@storytellingarts.org. You must make this decision by June 15 at 5 p.m. She will send you a Zoom invite. Prizes will be awarded to the top three tellers of the slam. The rules are as follows: Stories must be up to five minutes long, personal, true, told in first person, and based on the theme, which can be interpreted narrowly or broadly. We just ask tellers not to use props or read from the page. The slam judges, time and scorekeeper will be preselected because the event is virtual. Listeners welcomed and encouraged.
