The World Through My Eyes Art Expo

We are excited to present the next installment of “Show of HANDS,” celebrating the artwork that individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) create and display at HANDS in Autism®’s annual Art Expo.

Held every April, the Art Expo is designed to showcase the work of individuals with ASD who utilize art as a means of expression given some of the social and communicative challenges that ASD presents.

Date: Open House: April 20, 2017 (6:30 – 8:00 PM)

Date: Expo Opened: April 21, 2017 (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

Location: IUPUI Campus Center

CALL FOR ARTISTS
If you create artwork that may be categorized under one of the following:

FINE ART – drawing, painting, or sculpture
MIXED MEDIA- artwork using more than one medium (i.e., beads, feathers)
PHOTOGRAPHY
POETRY/SPOKEN WORD
RECORDED MUSICAL PIECE
DIGITAL MEDIA- digital illustrations and so on
We would like to invite you to submit your original artwork or prints of your original artwork to be displayed at the gallery by April 5, 2017.
