Nature is a wonder that shows many different angles and aspects to the world throughout a year. The power of nature (from the woods, the beach, the ocean, the sea, the mountains, and in one’s own yard) elicits feelings of calm, clarity, peace, hope, and joy. Through my photographs I want to showcase the different aspects of nature and I hope that a viewer can find a photograph that elicits a feeling of calm, clarity, peace, hope, and/or joy. Capturing the beauty in the natural world allows me to bring the outdoors inside to cherish and view for the long term.
