I am a visual arts educator and watercolor artist. I’ve had many diverse experiences teaching. I started my career during my student teaching in Many Farms, Arizona at a high school on the Navajo Reservation. After completing student teaching and graduating from college, I moved to Phoenix, Arizona for three years and taught art at a K-8 STEM school.

Currently, I am the Fine Arts Department Head and teach Ceramics and Photography courses at a high school just outside of Indianapolis; in the summers, I venture to Aspen, Colorado and teach children’s art workshops at the Aspen Art Museum. From time to time, I also teach watercolor workshops that I lead myself.

In my spare time, I love working on my own art, exploring nature, traveling, and drinking endless amounts of coffee.
