Laura E. Glover, Lighting Designer owns international acclaim for her lighting with Dance Kaleidoscope, Pascal Rioult Dance Theatre, Daniel Catanach Ballet, Urban Artworks and Taylor 2. While residing in Indianapolis, she has lighted productions for the Indiana Repertory Theatre, Phoenix Theatre, the Madame Walker, Indianapolis Civic Theatre, Edyvean Repertory Theatre, Red Barn Playhouse, Indianapolis Men’s Chorus and the Ruth Lilly Theatre at the Children’s Museum. In New York City, her work was seen at Symphony Space, the Danny and Sylvia Kaye Playhouse, the Ohio Theatre, the Westbeth Theatre, and the Samuel Beckett Theatre. Her dance lighting includes over 50 world premiere pieces and the reconstruction of the lighting of Jean Rosenthal, Thomas Skelton, Jennifer Tipton and David Finley. Ms. Glover is an adjunct faculty member at University of Indianapolis, teaching lighting design and a 2001 Creative Renewal Fellow. She holds a M.F.A. in Lighting Design from SUNY Purchase, where she studied with Brian MacDevitt and William Mintzer. Ms. Glover is in her seventeenth season with Dance Kaleidoscope.
