Jennifer Rhodes is an artist born in Indianapolis. She began drawing at age 5 and won several art awards as a K-12 student. She is a graduate of Broad Ripple High School visual arts program and studied Illustration at Herron Saturday School. Although she was born with a visual impairment and considered legally blind, she has a natural eye for detail and color that she attempts to recreate on canvas. Jennifer’s art has been featured on calendars, city billboards, and presented to President George W. Bush at the Smithsonian. She was sought by the Indianapolis Police Department to design a logo for the reading program, Books for Badges in 2004.

Jennifer is also a professional makeup artist, facepainter and henna artist. Her artwork has been requested for custom tattoo designs. Her most recent art includes colored pencil drawings, chalkboard signs for special occasions, digital art caricatures and other personalized custom artwork for customers.
