By painting, I try to see more intensely and strive to distill, translate and share these perceptions. 

My paintings have been inspired by the places I have visited. The Italian landscape has been the main subject of my paintings since my first visit in 1987.  I have returned to Italy many times for it’s awe-inspiring landscapes.

After I moved in 2000 to the Midwest from Boston, I felt the need to paint images of the ocean as a metaphor. I’ve expanded my imagery to include paintings of local scenes, pets, and people.

I accept commissions for paintings of pets, people, and places. Clients have been very pleased with paintings they have commissioned.

My work has been featured in numerous public and private collections throughout the East Coast and the Midwest including General Motors Company, and Lifemasters, Inc, Indianapolis, IN.
