Born in the desert of Southern California I moved to Berkeley, CA in 1996 and lived in the San Francisco Bay Area for five years before moving back to Southern California.  In 2005 I began my studies in Visual and Public Art at CSU Monterey Bay.  After graduation I moved to Los Angeles, where I worked as an assistant teacher for two years.  In 2009 I attended Goshen College in Indiana to obtain a Masters degree in Environmental Education, focusing on the use of indoor spaces at environmental centers and nature museums. Over the years I have traveled around the United States, Canada and El Salvador.

Through all of my relocations I have stayed inspired by spending my time outdoors and surrounding myself with music, always with my camera close at hand.
